Make up. What is better light or bright?


The choice is definitely easy, all you have to do is consider your needs (just be honest to yourself), style and such matters as work or studies. And don't forget that there's a difference between day and evening makeup and that there are also fashionable makeup features.
It can be said that for this day, makeup is not fashionable at all. This actually means that the more natural you are, the more fashionable you look. Of course, you must have beautiful skin in such a case, yet if you don't - apply as little makeup as possible. The colors are also very natural for this season - brown, silver, gold and deep tones of red, green and blue. The conclusion is - light makeup is better for fashion features.
If you work or study consider if you really need a bright makeup, for it may look extraordinary in your surroundings. Dry Facial Skin


When I was younger many of my friends were suffering from acne and I didn't. I had the opposite problem, dry skin. My friends thought I was lucky, but I knew better. I knew that they would likely outgrow their acne stage but I would have to deal with my dry skin for the rest of my life. Having dry facial skin presents unique challenges when it comes to finding proper skin care products. Here is some of what I've learned.

1. Be very careful of what types of soaps you use on your face. You need to find a soap that is gentle and has a moisturizer. The Little Angel Who Want to Live!

One month ago I had received the e-mail about one little angel, which name is Lisa, she wanted to live.
I read the story and my heart start pulsed and I was crying reading this e-mail.That is why I decided to help to this little girl who is a fighter and she need the money for surgery, but they have not enough money for it.

I believe that everywhere there are people with kind heart and we can help all together to this little girl.It is does not matter how much you can, just do it as much as you can or just share the information with others.

I want to share with you the e-mail, which I had received: "My name is Anastassia, I am 26.
I love children too much and I always wanted to have a baby.

My pregnancy became the long-awaited and happy news for everybody. I came to gynecology department and got all tests on time. I made everything very responsible.

I wanted to get a daughter and was happy when ultrasound  showed that it will be a girl. Everything was wonderful, but at 31st week ultrasound showed that my girl has ovarian cyst.

I was in panic and had too much questions or physicians. They sent me to special medical genetic center for substantial tests. I afraid this cyst, but test showed much more serious problem – Dandy-Walker syndrome.

It was shock! Physicians decided to make cesarean section. And on April 18, 2008 my Elisaveta (Lisa), my new life was born. Her weight was 3,1 kilogram at that time.

My daughter was too weak but she was alive, and it was necessary to fight. However on the second day of her life the full test found three (3) heart defects!

It was too hard to hear it! But I decided to fight and unfortunately, Lisa’s father did not want to do this and left us, so we became alone without support.It was very difficult emotionaly, but I know that I have my Little Angel and I need her.

What to do? And how, if only Lisa’s grandmother works in our family and besides that we have only small Lisa’s pension? But we decide to fight anyway.

Now Lisa is 3 years and 3 months old. All this time we spent in hospitals  of permanent convulsions, spasms and congestion pneumonias. It was difficult time, but when you see smile on your child face it gives you  light and miracle feelings inside and I was ready to go on.

But my daughter is a hero!

How often nobody believed that we will survive! But we do! And we make results! We learned how to take toy, she smiles and answers when somebody talks to her. Trust me – this is big achievement.

We can not make surgery on heart or come to the special clinic because we have no enough money. We spend too much for current treatment. It is very sad when you can not help to your child.

We NEED this surgery, because her heart does not work properly, blood “beats” her lungs and causes congestion pneumonias. Lungs shrink.

I ask you – help to save my daughter! Only God knows how I want to see her alive. I know that there are people who can understand this. Please help! And God bless you!"

I can say that I had tested Hot yoga and I am not yoga fun, but in spite of this I was very suprised with the exercises and emotional and my body feelings. It was not stress at all and I can fly.. :)) And one more I had tested it is the one of the best method I know is this one.I felt empty inside, did not wanted to do something and etc. Thank you God that I found it!
